How does Bestowed differ from a traditional registry?
Traditional registries assume you need objects. Bestowed assumes you already have a life together, and that the moments of your wedding — the venue, the photographer, the honeymoon — are worth contributing toward. Guests contribute in dollars; you receive funds directly.
How do guests contribute to our registry?
You'll receive a unique link. Guests visit it, browse your registry, choose a moment that resonates, and contribute any amount (minimum $25). No account required — just a name, a card, and a short note if they'd like.
When do we receive the money?
Funds arrive in your connected Stripe account within 24 hours of each contribution. You can withdraw at any time. A 4% platform fee covers payment processing and keeps Bestowed independently owned — no investors, no ads.
